More About Me

Home Buying Philosophy

Buying or selling a home is a major event, one the most exciting, and at the same time challenging experiences of a lifetime. Understanding the multiple aspects of a real estate transaction as well as the structural components and maintenance requirements of a house or condo are crucial to the successful purchase or sale of a home.

Foundation for Your Real Estate Goals

With my degree in building construction, years of experience in multifamily residential construction and development, combined with an understanding of the many aspects of the real estate industry, I can provide distinct benefits to my clients as they navigate through the maze of real estate considerations and decisions.

Also, I have earned the Green designation from The National Association of Realtors (NAR). NAR's 'Green Designation' is the only NAR-recognized real estate designation designed for residential professionals concerned with issues of energy efficiency and sustainability in the various facets of real estate.

As consumer demand for knowledge on these issues increase, so will awareness of green issues. While new construction is the easiest way to incorporate green building into a new home, there are a number of ways to go green during a renovation project of a house that is recently purchased. I am happy to discuss these possiblities as I help you with the your purchase of a new home.

My Commitment

I believe that only the buyer or seller of a home knows what is best for them, and I am committed to understanding and meeting those unique requirements. I will listen to and understand your unique needs and keeping you informed throughout the entire process. Working together we will maximize the satisfaction and minimize the anxiety that comes from buying or selling of your home. Whether you buy or sell only one home or many in your lifetime, my broad-based background can help make your next real estate transaction the right one for you.
